Shift Collaborative Studio in Seattle's historic Pioneer Square District

Mission:  Shift Collaborative Studio is a collective of Northwest independent artists committed to the development and exhibition of engaging, innovative work in a variety of media.  Shift member artists are involved in exchange and education programs with other artist collectives, galleries and non-profits to promote, share and evolve an understanding of contemporary artists’ practices.  Shift’s location in the vibrant atmosphere of Seattle’s Pioneer Square supports its commitment to the value of an arts enriched community.

History: Shift was founded in December 2004 by Garth Amundson, Stephen Chalmers, Cara Jaye, Pierre Gour and Joni Papp.

Hours:

Friday & Saturday 12-5pm

Opening Reception, 5-8 pm, First Thursday of every month

In addition to our regular, reception hours and special events, Shift also welcomes visitors by appointment: info@shiftstudio.org
